Yes. On a monthly plan, an upgrade unlocks the new tier right away and is billed at your next renewal — your renewal date doesn't move. A downgrade takes effect at your next renewal, so you keep your current tier until then and nothing is charged now. Yearly billing is available on the Business plan. Tier and billing-cycle changes aren't available on annual subscriptions — to leave an annual plan, cancel it and you keep full access until the end of the period you've paid for.

You keep full access until the end of your current billing period. After that your account reverts to the Free tier. No data is deleted.

Adding a member takes effect immediately, up to your plan's seat cap. Removing a member ends their access immediately, but the seat stays billed through the upcoming renewal — seat billing follows the period's peak, and the reduction applies from the following period. A member removed within 3 days of being added is never billed.

The Free tier is how you try LOP — 3 plans/month, 20 items each. You can upgrade to a paid plan with no long-term commitment at any time.

Cancelling stops future renewals — you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing further is charged. LOP does not issue automatic refunds; refund requests are handled case by case by support. Consumer rights in Türkiye, including the position on the right of withdrawal for digital services, are set out in the Distance Sales Agreement you accept at checkout.
